HOW THIS ALL STARTED:

On a hot October afternoon in 2016 down in South Louisiana, our founder, Dan Vallot felt the call to start a faith based organization in the Oil & Gas Industry.

An Industry of Faith....

He had been asking God to show him what He wanted him to do but like we often do, we "tell" God that's not what "I" want while asking what He wants.

Dan was already heavily involved at his church serving in the Men's Ministry and leading an adult Sunday school class.

Dan's answer to the Lord was that he would be a part, but was not looking to spearhead a whole new ministry.

Fast forward to June of 2017, Dan was still wrestling with the call and had even tried to get a close friend to take on this new ministry.

Dan found himself unemployed and while at home with no prospects and a family who depended on him, he began to fall into a dark place.......BUT GOD!

"It wasn't an loud audible voice, but I definitely heard it and felt it and God said....

"DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION NOW?"

Dan surrounded himself with brothers in Christ to be the overseeing board for this organization called the Industry of Faith, a place where people would come for a free meal and the Word.

This is a story of obedience, once the organization was formed, Dan began the journey to always keep God first and out front, for his life and the organization.

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

We believe the Holy Bible to be the Holy Spirit inspired, authoritative Word of God.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe that there is one God, who exists in the Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords), yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.

1 Corinthians 8:5-6

We believe the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.

We believe that salvation is by grace, through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Ephesians 2:8-9

We believe the sanctity of human life and that life begins at the moment of conception.

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.
